Why Do People Beleive Anything Thats In Any Political Ad?
It my policy not to beleive anything thats in a political ad from both parties. Yet i hear some people attacking obama using material from Mccains ads. Do you think campaign ads are totally true?

Balgarath,
Very intelligent question.
I tend to listen to the ads, and then to investigate the claims on my own.
It’s not smart to blindly accept what a subjective source says – too often they assume the voters won’t check. The media actually thinks we’re stupid. I think that’s how the democrats screwed up this year and ended up in the position they’re now in.

Look i think that ads on both sides have some truth and some lies in them but that’s politics for you mix the lies with the truth so they cant decipher the lies from the truth but yes some ads do have truth and other have all lies i think that if you want to actually want to use the ads in a debate then actually go and research them and find out if they are true or not and then use them. Because some maybe be things may be true while others are false.

Regardless of who is airing the ad, I don’t pay them much mind.
If anyone is heavily influenced by a political ad then they seriously should not be voting regardless of who is airing them.
